It is made without milk, it is not dark nor white: it is simply Modica chocolate. A unique product known almost everywhere that is both symbol and pride for this land. Since 2014, it is celebrated in a special museum entirely dedicated to it and located in Modica, a small town just few kilometers far from our boutique hotel.
