Castle of Donnafugata
Not so far from Villa del Lauro, you cannot miss the visit to the elegant Castle of Donnafugata. A huge holiday residence of a noble family, a magic place where you can still breathe the nineteenth century aristocratic atmosphere in Sicily. Outside, the castle is surrounded by an eight hectares park where you can walk through secular plants, a small temple, a caffeaos (typical kiosk of the eighteenth century gardens used as place of rest), artificial caves and a funny maze.
